Puppy Post

Standard

Hello, this is the card that I  have made for the LOTV’s Challenge Blog Challenge 114 – Button it.

T o make this card I began by stamping  my image on to white super smooth card (stamp from Lili Of  The Valley) and then coloured it in using my promarkers and cut it out using a spellbinders nestability  die. The papers (including the greeting) I used were all from DCWV Winter Matstack, I cut out all  of the pieces  I wanted and layered everything on to red card. I then  used flock for the snow on my image and a little bit of frosting  on the image and  the papers and  stuck everything in to place. Finally I took  some red raffia and looped it over  several times and then used another smaller piece to tie it in the center and threaded  on my button finishing with a small not.

Thank you for reading this post as always I love to hear any comments you may have.

About craftymonster81

I have always enjoyed arts and crafts of many different kinds and have recently found that card making / paper craft is a real passion for me. I draw / paint alot of my own designs for my cards but also use products from many of the well loved crafty names out there too. I am currently looking for work as an illustrator / craft designer and have now set up a page on this blog called My Artwork Gallery to show some of my work. I love to see your comments on either my artwork or my cards so please feel free to leave any comments you may have and if anyone is interested in any of my artwork please feel free to contact me. Thanks for looking at my blog. Lindsay xx
